buyer bid on and received a Kenwood double DIN stereo with a removed DVD mechanism that was making noise. System was otherwise MINT condition and description and auction pictures provided showed it, including the stereo touchscreen displaying and operating as it was shipped. After system was shipped and buyer installed it the screen stopped working. It had worked flawlessly prior . Buyer accused me of being dishonest, which is ridiculous as I have been selling for 23 years with 100% feedback.
