Despite being dressed up in protective film, this phone would not charge despite being connected to a variety of different charging stations and given a new battery by myself. If it were a car then it would be an elaborate 'Cut 'n Shunt' as I doubt if any of the components within the phone ever began life together. AVOID!

Hi, as stated in the pamphlet with your order, this device is designed to be charged exclusively through USB devices when using the provided 'PC charging cable'. You mentioned that you tried charging this device via multiple different charging stations connecting this device to a mains or car charger will draw excessive power, causing damage to the internal components, resulting in the device becoming unable to charge which will be the reason a new battery will not have solved the matter.
