Unfortunately, this was a present for my father in law which hadn’t arrived in time. It could not be found in Argos as the sender had not put the eCP (Collection Point Code) on the front of the parcel. Even though I had received the eCP from the sender the parcel could not be found until eBay was contacted to confirm details. Product in the end was great but too late to send the present.

Hi, please accept my sincere apologies for the late acquisition of the item. I have looked at the label. Those who do not use Argos collection points are not aware of eCP codes. I was one such person. The address and code was long which meant the auto generated Yodel label missed most of the eCP code. Please place a note on each of your future orders for other sellers who do not know about eCP codes and it would prevent anything similar happening in the future. Thank you, I know about them now.
