The seller sold 100% counterfeit Chanel earrings. We took them to be authenticated at a leading London Auction House and they confirmed the earrings and the packaging were fake. The seller did provide a label to return the fake earrings so we did get our money back but I am leaving this feedback to warn others. It is not acceptable to do this to innocent buyers. eBay needs to sort this out as people are being defrauded of serious amounts of money. It is horrific. The stress caused is appalling.
