Seller was notified about problem reasonably after I received and tested it: Ebay would not allow me to leave negative feedback until after a waiting period. Fair enough. But when I reported that only half of the white lights work, and only one of three fans work when the red lights are turned on (no fans when white lights are on), the seller implied that the issue was me waiting for a week which was too long to tell her and that I'm the only 1 of 6 that 'complained'. Shameful customer service.

This is the most offensive/hateful customer I have ever dealt with and I have been in customer service for 17 yrs. Threats were made to me. I finally had to report this buyer to eBay and place a block because the messages were getting more and more crude. I strive to be a great seller. Waiting 7 days to tell me there is an issue with these lights, I'm sure the buyer burnt them up not using a timer power strip because I test everything like this before selling. I make sure it all is functioning.
