I currently have to order a new cord in hopes the device functions properly. All buttons seem to work the cord just seems to not be able to send a proper signal clearly. You even have to hold wire a certain way for the computer to know a device is plugged in. I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled all software and drivers needed for the device and found no luck.

I reached out to the buyer offering reimbursement of the cable, but I never received a response. The unit worked perfectly fine for me so if it is a simple cable issue, I'd be glad to help, but it's difficult when you don't receive a response and frustrating to receive a neutral feedback when you are willing to help.
