Producto inservible, sin audio. Para que compres el vendedor responde rápido con la frase "dear customer", pero cuando les reclamas porque el producto es defectuoso e inservible se vuelven sordos, ciegos y mudos pues no te responden nunca más.
Lo hice conocer oportunamente y el vendedor me atarantó deciendo "querido cliente devuelve el producto" pero no permitía iniciar el procedimiento de devolución, se pasó el plazo para abrir la devolución y el vendedor nunca más respondió. Ladrones!

We will contact eBay for this unfair negative feedback, you bought this item 2 months ago and the policy clearly states 30 30-day warranty, this is a problem when international buyers buy using a USA address and expect to get a refund whenever they want. eBay should do something about this as it hurts all USA sellers. even if we block these buyers they keep coming with different eBay IDs
