Buyer purchased item. once received, complained that it "didnt say harley davidson on it." Item was a printing plate of " "Hauser Bros, an early harley davidson retailer."
Given it's low price and easy-to-photograph, item was listed with no returns. I offered $15 off any other item over $40. Buyer demanded $15 off original item (it cost $17). I then offered full refund once returned. Buyer demanded I pay for return.
