The buggy smells damp I can't get rid of the smell 😫. The buggy is in working order. It's just the smell I can't put the babies in it.

Hello, sorry to hear this feedback. The buggy was freshly washed with a non-bio cleaner and smelt like the cleaning fragrance which was lovely, that was a few days before it sold and definitely did not smell of damp - was the box wet when it arrived? i can only think that the box might have got wet during transit as i do remember it being awful weather and it was collected on a friday so wouldnt have been delivered until monday. I am very sorry, would you like to return it?
