Seller did not disclose that the ball mount grip is non functional. The tension know works. However, when you losen the tension, it should maintain pressure on the ball head, but make the mount easier to move when pulling the handle. Except, the sold item does not hold pressure on the ball head when loosening and when it is tightened down, the grip does not allow it to move as it should. I can't post a video, but the photo is me holding it up with a finger, and it dropping on its own.
