Package wasn't received by revised delivery date. Buyer contacted seller (again) & eBay & opened enhanced tracking request with USPS. USPS updated tracking 5/4/24. USPS delivered 5/6/24. Package arrived open. Tape didn't stick to homemade cardboard box panel. Box & suitcase wet; inside suitcase was fine.
