The item arrived in new condition and fully protected in factory packing. The seller was very assiduous in tracking the item from Japan to the US and remained concerned that I receive the item quickly. Only the slow Customs process caused a tardy delivery, possibly thanks to the US Gov't shutdown caused by the Democrats.
