        I received a faulty fan from this seller and returned it promptly. Instead of issuing a refund, the seller tried to claim imaginary issues with the return to avoid giving my money back. Completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Avoid this seller – they don’t take responsibility for defective items and try to shift the blame to the buyer

        We sent out a fan in excellent condition. We accepted the return due to buyer reporting a fault, what we received back was a very heavily used fan, in a condition that we would never sell. We know this was not the fan we sent out, as the serial numbers did not match. We have photographic proof of this. We do not try to avoid giving refunds where they are due, we did raise the issue of the wrong fan being returned, and questioned as to whether this was a genuine mix-up, clearly it was not.
