It was in a brand new, sealed box that was wrapped in its own plastic sleeve before it was placed in the plastic shipping envelope. The item arrived unmolested, looking as though I had grabbed it off the shelf at a retail store. I had purchased one few years back had a higher price so I thought it was a good value.
