    This item was brand new & sealed. It would have been damaged in shipping. This item was packaged in a box with lots of packing materials & it is just a tiny compact in a 2" box. The damage that the buyer showed me in the pictures was not there when I packed it. Buyer requested return & I paid for a label for this item to be returned for a full refund. 14 days have passed since I issued the return label so I suspect that the buyer wants to keep this item. I don't know what more I could do.
