      So, how did it go... Seller states they consider offers so I offer like $12.50 for a $15.00 spare parts kit that nobody else on the planet could be interested in. Seller comes back with a stunning counter-offer of $0.33 off their listing price! Apparently, this is what they do. Check their feedback. Kit finally arrives missing the two critical parts I actually needed. I did the whole return procedure and yes, received a full refund. It's their Best Offer bit that is truly a joke. Way to MMGA!
