Folowed the listing instructions to the letter, but i was made to feel stupid as I didn't assume what additional unrequested information to include. (Sellers words) I had to chase up if the pcb was received and I believe if I didn't I would never have heard anything. That being said the pcb was fixed and returned in a reasonable time frame, just need to address the way you communicate with customers.
