    Seller was willing to negotiate price, and packaged the fragile item very well. However, I had to reach out twice, first after waiting 10 days (seller stated that the item could not be found) and again 5 days after the label was created with no tracking updates. Seller responded quickly but the process took almost a month. Item arrived safely but communication could have been better.
