    I have responded to this buyer and a copy has been sent to you. I was so disgusted by this Buyer. The Item could not have been broken I took a lot of care in secuering this Item because I thought this buyer was going to be difficult. What I did was to take down the attachments inside the Over and therefore it wouls not break anything. I then secure it with 2 rolls of tape. I also had on the box big Red letter FRAGILE. He is a lier and just want to be given a Refund. Cannot be trusted.
