    I contacted seller as these did not work as letter openers and were mislabeled. I sent him links w info about these Montagnini serving items. Seller did not apologize, but argued there are others on ebay described as letter openers. He did not answer my question of obtaining a return shipping label. Instead was rude and kept repeating for me to send items back. I ended up contacting ebay for a shipping label and initiated a return that way. Would not recommend this seller. Not professional.
