Tariffs caused the delay. We shipped this item at twice the lowest available cost (to save them a $45 brokerage fee!), driving 3 hour round trip to use a carrier with no brokerage charge. Customer's questions were answered immediately & all shipping information was available for them. You simply cannot please everyone, no matter what you do. If you're not happy with tariffs & delays then diss your officials! Not someone that is actually trying to help you!
