    Correct item arrived in excellent condition (was initially taken aback by loose phone handsets in a bubble mailer, but arrived with no damage at all). Tested both handsets and they work great with the existing phone system. Item came as described. Before ordering I tried to contact the seller with a question, but the seller chose not to accept questions; knocked a start off communication for that (I really believe everyone should be willing to answer questions). Otherwise a great experience.
