    The contact seller does not respond so this is how I will tell you what went wrong. I am retired and was home when the candy was delivered.The candy was melted completly to the bottom of the container all the wrappers were melted into the candy making them inedable.maybe the fault of the shipper, also a cold pack or ice in a zip lock would have helped.

    I have been an ebay seller for 20 years. I strive for perfect customer service. I did not receive ANY communication from this buyer about an issue. If I had, I would have refunded his payment for a delay in the shipping which would have caused a food item to melt.
