Not sure what the buyer is referring to. Regarding dog hair, that could be possible, as the sweater was stored in a house with a dog, so some hair might have made its way on the sweater, but that doesn't mean that it was worn, just that there is dog hair on it.

The small roasting tin was in an unuseable condition and had to be replaced. I spent a long time restoring the item to an acceptable but still disappointing condition. The listing was clear that the item needs cleaning, and I had provided photos before sending. So, I was surprised when the buyer requested money back, especially since she had managed to clean the oven. But, to resolve the issue, I agreed to a good-will offer. After agreeing to a price she was happy with, she went and wrote this feedback. I asked her if she could remove it, to which she agreed a few times, but never removed it. Some people are never happy...
