        DVD was scratched when received and the case had to be replaced poor customer service . they don't return emails

        False on all stated, DVD was not scratched! Customer stated case was smashed, although DVD was shipped in a box and customer would not send pictures of any damage to the box or the case, or any stated scratches. As for the "dont return emails" statement, we sent 3 messages after the initial message. The customer stopped replying after we requested they return the item for a full refund. They were requesting a discounted price for damage they would not confirm.
