      I sent you an email, but you have not provided me with pictures of the damaged area. And you mentioned in the email you sent me that you left a comment before the radiator was damaged. I have a question, why did you leave the statement that the radiator was already damaged before confirming that it was damaged? This is illogical. I really want to solve the problem.
