    As soon as the item closed the seller was correct and the fact that he refunded the amount. My problem was why was the item still on bidding if it was out of stock? Also, my winning bid was just over $3. When I looked up the sellers other items there was exact same item listed starting bid at $7, so I m not understanding how he says there was no other similar item listed. It was the exact same listing but at a higher starting bid?
