    I really do not recommend this seller at all. They do not respond to your messages and ship very late. They do not provide sufficient information to issue a refund. You cannot return the item and have to keep it. Their prices are expensive compared to the market. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE.

    This customer received the item from the UK to the USA within 12 days but was unhappy with the delivery timeframe. They then attempted to get a full refund from eBay while keeping the item. eBay asked them to return it, which made them unhappy. You can't keep both the item and the money, that's not how things work.
