Sent bit back recorded delivery, no refund, chased them and they said I would get refund Monday and all processed. 2 weeks later no refund, messaged again and said they had not received bit?! Sent proof of delivery , I have photo of delivery from Royal Mail. Finally got refund but not my postage costs. Would never deal with this company again.
