      Listing neglected to say that the LCD display was not functioning normally. It was in one of the pictures however, the description should have as an honest disclosure, the description should have mentioned this… And not leave it up to the two pictures that the seller posted . When I pointed out to the seller, he left me with a closed ended ANSWER pretty much saying oh well, the picture showed the item was not 100%… I disagree and this is how I disagree …
