      They never offered to fix the order, I too have screenshots of conversations to prove this. And the audacity to call me stupid. If they took the time to simply fix it or re print we wouldn’t be in this predicament. Their integrity is showing.

      I sent him a proof, he asked for changes. I sent a new proof with the changes he requested. He said “looks good, let’s do it”. I made the product and shipped it. He then left a negative review about how I told him I would fix the changes he wanted and then didn’t. He completely lied in his review. I have screenshots of the chats for anyone who would like to see them.
