    Item did not work when arrived. Found wiring error Pin2 was wired to Ring2 instead of Ring1. Moved to Ring1 and it worked fine. Quality is good, satisfied with overall product. Wiring errors will occur (always on me for some reason :). I have ordered in the past, and it worked find out-of-the-box.

I finally was able to find someone that actually makes a quality product to adapt the IC705 mic output so that I can use my Heil ICM mic with my 705. I will buy this product again from this seller if the need arises and I will buy other products moving forward.
