I only received the shipping label end of my package , no contents. I order a strut assembly for my car. So the box it was supposed to come in was quite large. USPS said to file a claim or contact seller. I’d just prefer a refund so I can purchase a new one without waiting weeks and weeks to probably never receive it. What can I do ??
