    Purtroppo il gruppo è arrivato lesionato in frantumi per buona parte alla base, come da foto!!!! L'oggetto non credo sia restaurabile e certamente non esponibile!!!!! Imballo insufficiente!!! Perché non scrivere FRAGILE/ALTO sulla scatola??? Denaro sprecato e molta rabbia per la delusione di non poter più possedere quanto desiderato e... pagato!!!!

    Mi dispiace sinceramente per l’accaduto e per la delusione ricevuta. L’oggetto era stato imballato con grande cura, utilizzando abbondante pluriball e materiali protettivi per evitare urti durante il trasporto. Purtroppo, nonostante l’imballaggio accurato, può capitare che i corrieri non gestiscano i pacchi con la dovuta attenzione. Rimango comunque disponibile per ogni chiarimento e mi dispiace davvero per l'accaduto.
