    The skis turned up and looked just as described. The delivery company messed up though, but the seller of the skis acted proactively and followed-up the shipment. Just as I was going to contact them they reached out to me. They corrected a third party had messed up and shortly after the shipment arrived - that's good service. I would definitely by form them again.

    Einen Einkauf bei diesem Händler kann ich daher guten Gewissens empfehlen und scheuen Sie sich nicht, bei Unzufriedenheit den Service zu kontaktieren. Es wird auch sonntags zügig geantwortet! Der Einkauf hier verlief zwar etwas holprig, weil die Artikelbeschreibung unterschiedlich gedeutet werden konnte und wurde..., aber Kundenservice wird hier auf jeden Fall großgeschrieben. Nach zwei Ersatzlieferungen/Austauschvorgängen (ohne Transportkosten erneut zu berechnen) hat es dann endlich geklappt.
