I received the model plane with the landing gear and the fuel tank taped inside of the box near the body of the plane. The parts were obviously broken off for shipping. This seller refused to honor the request for a return. He told me to glue the parts back onto the plane. From the first contact, this buyer was rude. They accused me of breaking the model in order to ship. It would make no sense to do this. Yes, parts CAN be glued if they break. that's the reason super glue exists. Basically this is a case of buyer's remorse. They didn't like or want the item so they made up a story to try and get a refund. I have shipped many models to great customers and had almost no issues with breakage.Follow-up from: o***p- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.The seller was willing to accept the return and has issued a refund in a timely manner.
