    Seller not communicative at all. Item condition is not very well described. Most crucially, the seller failed to adhere to Ebay's VAT regulation and failed to include the proper tax invoicing, which caused me to get charged VAT twice. Moreover, the seller falsely declared the item value to the customs. Aside from being tax fraudulent, this difference also resulted in Ebay not being able to refund me the excess VAT amount I'm entitled to. Seller did not maintain any communication in this matter.
