      The item taking two weeks to get here just makes it worse since that was on top of them being slow to ship it. Their communication wasn't exactly good. It seemed "canned". I told them up front, when the package seemed to have been lost, that I had to buy a replacement from Amazon and could not wait for their package. Nonetheless, I had to jump through hoops for the return, but I did manage to get the item returned and refunded. I am being nice to give them a neutral. I would not buy from again.
