Upon inspection, the item was found to be in very good condition, with some signs of use— all of which were expected and not a surprise.     The keyboard itself was great, and I have no problem buying refurbished items from quality brands; however, the keyboard was damaged in shipping, so I reached out to them saying I was disappointed, and wondered if they could either knock some off for that or simply replace the keyboard. Ended up initiated a return then got a message stating they were simply refunding me and I didn’t have to send the keyboard back. Definitely recommend these sellers. They will treat you right
