The seller’s packaging was inadequate, an old box, not strong enough to hold the scales’ weights. The box split and the weights were lost somewhere in transit. I contacted the seller. My options were to return for a refund but that would entail finding a stronger box or contact EVRI. Neither was good for me. I couldn’t blame the couriers for poor packaging by the seller . I have some scales, no weights
