I bought a set of bmx wheels that he has advertised as being chrome and received them and they are not chrome but silver. I asked this seller if the wheels were chrome before I purchased them and he said yes they were. 100% lied to me and now told me to file a claim if I dont like it. I thought ebay was supposed to look out for buyers? Guess not.
