    I have to assume that it was an outside source trying to get me to supply them with my card information. It didn't work. I received a message appearing to be from the shipper suggesting that the lock was not going to ship and requested me to receive a refund by contacting them direct. I never responded, and the lock arrived approximately when it should have. Maybe they have a security breach on their end. The lock appears nice and solid. Good value as well.
