    Item shipped quickly and received fast considering it was international - packed well. Inner plastic base holder was damaged but that was probably due to age of item and the thin plastic - not uncommon. Would not know if it was damaged before or during shipment. Still can service its function when displayed so no harm. Cost of item was good which made the higher shipping cost more acceptable.
