It means no visible manufacturer flaws, no creases, no corner issues, crisp, clean like it just came out of a store brand new. This was far from that. I'd say, at best, this was an 8/10, Near Mint- I was going to return it for being "not as described" and I COULD have, but decided to take a $10 partial credit that was offered to me. That was 8 days ago and after messages on multiple days, no response
