      Item was as described. However, it did have a lot more scratches than shown in photos. Quality of pan is heavy and good. Appearance is also okay. Value and price was a bit more than other similar pans. One issue is packaging. Handle of the pan was sticking out of box when it arrived and the box was a bit weak for the weight of this item. Also, packaging tape was stuck all over the pan. Overall, it is a good pan.

      The 48 piece stainless flatware and serving pieces were even better than described (as used), but were more like new! They were packed very well/secure and a prompt delivery. Shipping costs and tax did raise the entire cost, but it was exactly what I wanted to add to what I already have, therefore, a good value to me.
