But, gave a neutral because it's almost Xmas. 1st pkg took 17 days to arrive (not sure how seller shipped sm. doll because when asked I never received a reply). Asked seller to start an investigation into why pkg wasn't moving in mail system for weeks. Asked seller to answer if doll came w/bagpipes as doll only shown in box (no answer to anything). Paid too much for tiny doll, feather on hat falling apart.UNHAPPY
