    It is almost an indisputable fact that this store prioritized customers due to double-booking and unilaterally canceled orders. While I did express interest when they suggested searching for a replacement stone, I remain dissatisfied as they have yet to find one. If they find an equivalent or better product, I will definitely reconsider my rating, but at this point, I am not satisfied at all.

    I live outside the United States, but the shop claimed the post office was having trouble due to U.S. customs duties and unilaterally canceled my item without any consultation. I immediately informed them my address was not in the U.S. and repurchased the relisted item, but they said they had sold it to someone else. Possibly the post office excuse was a lie, and the shop had internal priorities. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Slow to respond and an untrust worthy shop.
