Only thing disappointing was no original USB or new screen protector was included but that isn't the fault of the seller since it's refurbished. I just thought they would be included (USB for original test prints and the screen protector had lots of dust and bubbles under it from previous install) but both were remedied easily. Everything is working great so far of course time will tell but included was a 1 year warranty which is nice.
