      I always try my best to provide the best service to my customers. However, you claimed the item broke after just two days of use and asked me to send a new one for free. almost a month after it was delivered. If a buyer has any issue, I’m always willing to accept a return at any time. Leaving negative feedback just because you didn’t receive a free replacement is not fair. From the photo you sent, the issue looks like something that can be easily fixed by simply snapping the part back in.
