She misunderstood the situation and she made me feel like I was scamming her. I sent her a picture and she told me it was the same item, when clearly it wasn't. I had to send more pictures for her to believe me and I don't like that I had to do that. We ended up resolving the issue, but I won't be doing business with this seller again. So that's why i questioned the return request. 5hen the buyer sebt me two mire photos and i quickly understand what happened. I immediately issued a complete refund and offered to pay for return shipping and offered to send her the item she ordered free of charge if I could get it back from tbe person who got it by mistake. Her feedback was uncalled for. .
